Due to the current shifts of the colour codes and regulations in all countries (due to COVID19), we receive an extreme amount of change requests. The continuous shifts in these colour codes, make it very hard to anticipate for the travel industry. We have scaled up our capacity recently, but there is still a backlog to be processed. Unfortunately, this will take some time. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. 


We are forced to process change requests, based on priority (based on departure date). We expect to process the backlog within the next 2 weeks.
